Hello Waterbird, I surfed on over here via your comment at Madhava Setty's blog. Thank you for blogging.
From what I've seen so far there are many people urging others to speak out, and this is important, obviously, I for one always appreciate it when people speak out (and may my archive of transcripts stand as evidence of my sincere respect and gratitude for those who have).
However, for so many of us, it's not a black and white situation, speak out or don't speak out, but nuanced. Oftentimes, for some people, there are other things we can do that are in fact quite effective-- and if we speak out, then we cannot do them, or cannot do them as effectively as we might otherwise. Another way to say the same thing is, it can be wise to pick one's battles.
Once a battle's picked, go for it. Bam, bam, bam, bam.
The battle I chose is to find, select, and transcribe censored and shadow-banned video and audio from 2021-2023. The point of the transcripts is to help send the words of other people further and wider over physical space and time. My ego would love to take credit for doing this work, but my ego serves me, I don't serve it. Using my real name would not helpful, in fact I think it would just serve as a pointless distraction.
Finally, I note that some of the people who have been the most effective in combatting this covidian catastrophe have been some very low-profile attorneys and also some very low-profile activists who know how to work closely with the legislative process at the state, county, and/or city level.
In short, for some who work for freedom, visibility is a plus, for others it is not. For some, remaining low-profile is cowardice, while for some it is evidence of wisdom and courage to do what most counts. It depends. It's not one size fits all.
I agree. I have chosen to speak out though congruent with my overall pre-pandemic identity as a physician who runs a suicide helpline for health professionals. I have been able to share with permission (de-identitied and anonymous when requested) the mental health impacts upon doctors who live and work amid widespread censorship of scientific discourse. I also share the psychological dissonance experienced by physicians who fear stating what they have seen and are experiencing in our clinics and hospital systems. I know doctors who have died after receiving Pfizer mRNA injections. I know doctors who have faced career-ending neurologic disabilities from mRNA injections forced upon them by their employers. As physicians we took an Oath to do no harm, yet the majority of physicians do not have time to provide informed consent for any meds we prescribe (even before emergency novel gene therapies framed as vaccines). When our healers normalize harming others for a living (acceptable collateral damage) we as doctors have become the "enemy" of humanity and are nothing more than puppets of the state practicing cookbook medicine by state-sanctioned algorithms—like assembly-line factory workers.
“When our healers normalize harming others for a living (acceptable collateral damage) we as doctors have become the "enemy" of humanity...”
That’s a powerful statement that feels overwhelming for doctors to really take in. There is a fracture between the part that recognizes the truth of that and a desire to change, and the part that has been victimized by the system and feels shame and helplessness. This is an opportunity to practice Christ’s teaching of loving our enemies, because it is through that loving support that we can heal and find ourselves back on the right side with the agency to take action.
Maybe you could share chapters of your book “Physician Betrayal” on Substack? I think it could generate helpful conversations with people who haven’t read it yet.
I'm a classical musician in Boston. I find this comment SO helpful. In my music world I have to completely hide the choice I made re the "gene therapy" or lose my ability to continue to make music and earn a living. I still am figuring out where I can speak out or how. Maybe a concert for the vaccine injured..........
Thank you for this comment, I am so glad that you found the comment helpful. I do not doubt that you will find the right thing for you to do.
Since you mention that you are in Boston, it occurs to me that if you don't already know about them, Health Rights MA might be one avenue for you to explore for some ideas and some people to work with. Their website is https://healthrightsma.org/
One thing I thought very interesting about their May 2023 event Faces of Vaccine Injury (see my transcript of Julie Booras' welcome speech https://transcriberb.dreamwidth.org/100110.html which includes a link to the rumble video) is that they included not only speakers who were physically injured by the jabs, but also those who did not comply but were in consequence professionally, financially, and emotionally injured.
Thank you so much, Transcriber ! I will follow up with these hints, though right now I have a concert in a few weeks and have no time for anything else. And, that is so important that they included people that were professionally, financially, and emotionally injured. So important to realize there are others.
Beautifully stated and heartfelt. Thank you Waterbird. I am so very proud to know you and you inspire me to share more deeply again on this topic that seems to have been forgotten by many as a past trauma, yet we must speak up against tyranny in all institutions. How sad that the healing profession has been ground zero for perpetrating crimes against humanity and those who simply want to discuss what we are seeing in our patients (increase in odd cancers, sudden cardiac death in the otherwise healthy, and risk/benefit aka informed consent for new technologies) are vilified and silenced by mainstream narratives and our own medical boards. What we are witnessing is a travesty against humanity and our beloved planet—and all who want to live by truth. I love Bret Weinstein's conclusory statement—at least we have found each other. Those who are truthseekers and truthspeakers are now united in our continued search for the truth.
Thanks Pamela. I look forward to seeing how you choose to share again. In my view, you are in a powerful position because you have nothing to fear from the medical boards. Your work on physician mental health and suicide has been an inspiration to me, and the way you bring doctors together makes a big impact.

Psalm 37 also gives us a great understanding of these times, and what we can do to gain a correct perspective before we act:
Trust in the LORD and wait quietly for his help.
Don't be angry when people make evil plans and succeed.
Don't become so angry and upset that you, too, want to do evil.
The wicked will be destroyed, but those who call on the LORD for help will inherit the Earth.
In a short time there will be no more evil people.
You can look for them all you want, but they will be gone.
